Ingredients
Basin Flour Ingredients
- 1.00 cup Basin Flour
- 1.00 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 0.25 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1.00 tbsp Baking Soda Dhaniya Powder
- 0.5 cup water
Bread bajji Ingredients
- 3 nos Bread Slices
- 0.5 liter Oil
Instructions
Basin Flour Preparation
- Now take the bowl and take the one cup of the basin flour and add in the bowl and then keep aside
- Now take the salt and add the salt for taste in the basin flour and mix well once with the flour
- Now take the one tbsp of the termeric powder and then red chilly powder in the flour and mix well
- Now take the dhaniya pwder and add the one or two tbsp of the dhaniya powder in the flour and mix well
- Now with the help of the hand mix the all items in the flour once with out adding the water
- Now take the water and add the one small cu pof the water in the flour and mix well
- Now take the baking soda and add very little amount of soda in the battter and mix well and keep aside
Bread Bajji Preparation
- First of all take the bread and cut them in to two parts as shown in the image and keep aside
- Now take the bread slices and add them in the preared batter as shown in the image and apply batter over bread
- Now take the pan and switch on the stove and add the oil for deep fry as shown in the image
- Now take the bread slices from the prepared batter and add them slowly in the preheated oil ass shown in the image
- Now take the spoon and fry them well in the oil untill they fry like golden color as shown in the image
- Now finally take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious bread pakora in the plate,thats it tasty snack item is ready
