This is a creamy Mexican dish which is cooked in olive oil. It is colorful because of the presence of colored bell peppers and roasted red chili flakes. It is served usually with a bread or mexican rice. It is served in rich and creamy mustard sauce.

Take 250 grams of plain chicken sausages and defrost them so that they can be sliced and put in a micro wave and grilled.
