Ingredients of Creamy sausage
STEP : 1
Take 250 grams of plain chicken sausages and defrost them so that they can be sliced and put in a micro wave and grilled.

The cut sausage pieces are grilled at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes and then they are set aside to be cooked in the gravy.

Chop the 3 colored bell peppers as shown. Peel the garlic cloves. - Chop the onion and green chili.

Set aside the spices namely 1/4 spoon of parsley leaves - 1/4 spoon of black pepper powder - 2 types of mustard sauce namely the spicy mustard and the honey mustard sauce.

Heat olive oil in a kadai and add the garlic cloves and fry them till they turn golden brown in color.

Add the onion slices to the kadai and fry them well till the onion softens and then it turns slightly pinkish.

Now add the green bell peppers and fry them well in the kadai with the rest of the contents till it is soft.

Now add the yellow bell pepper and the green chili and mix it well in the kadai and cook till the vegetables are soft.

Finally add the red bell peppers and sprinkle some salt and fry them well in the kadai till they become tender.

Now add the grilled sausages to the kadai and mix it very well with the rest of the contents and stir.

Now add the spicy mustard sauce to the kadai and mix with sausage and the other vegetable contents and stir.

Now add the creamy honey mustard dressing to the kadai and mix it with all the contents and cook for a minute or two.

Add a little water and the black pepper powder and cook till all the vegetables are tender and the water is dried. Serve with parsley toppings.
