STEP : 1
At the first step clean the chicken and cut it to pieces then drain the excess water . Remove the skin .

Then cook the chicken using little water and salt ,it will take about ten to fifteen minutes . When it is cooked off the flame .

Mean while soak cashew nuts in little milk and grind it , chop the onion , ginger and garlic in to small pieces .

Then take two big tomatoes in a mixer and blender and grind it well , we need a smooth tomato pure .

Then heat a pan or kadai and put butter piece to it and let it melts ,when it fully melts .

Put the ginger and garlic first to it then saute it well ,then add chopped onion and stir well ,let it becomes translucent .

When it is nicely sauted add the cardamom , cloves ,pepper and cinnamon and red chilly powder ,coriander powder and little garam masala .

Little garam masala we need at the final stage , saute everything well and then add the tomato pure to it .

Stir it well and let it cooked for two minutes and then add the fresh cream to it , keep the flame low .

Mix the fresh cream well and then wait for two minutes and then add the cooked chicken along with the water to it .

Mix it well and then close the kadai for some time and when we see oil separated at upper layer ,pour the grinded mixture of cashew nut

Then add the frenugreek powder and rest garam masala to it ,mix it well and cook for two more minutes and then off the flame. Pour some coriander leaves on top.

Our dish of creamy chicken is ready to serve, serve it along with aloo paratha, chappathi or paratha . Enjoy the dish with your loved ones
