As the name says it's a creamy dish of chicken it melts in our mouth it is very easy to make and very tasty . It gives an international taste , it is good along with chappathi, aloo paratha and porrotta .

Ingredients of Creamy chicken curry

0.75 kg chicken
2.00 tbsp butter
1.00 cup fresh cream
0.25 tbsp fenugreek powder
1.00 tbsp red chili powder
0.50 tbsp Coriander powder
0.50 tbsp garam masala
0.25 tbsp salt
3.00 no cardamom
3.00 no cinnamon
6.00 no clove
8.00 no pepper
2.00 no onion
2.00 no tomato
1.00 tbsp ginger
1.00 tbsp garlic
8.00 no cashew nut
3.00 tbsp milk

Creamy chicken curry

At the first step clean the chicken and cut it to pieces then drain the excess water . Remove the skin .

Little garam masala we need at the final stage , saute everything well and then add the tomato pure to it .

Stir it well and let it cooked for two minutes and then add the fresh cream to it , keep the flame low .

Then add the frenugreek powder and rest garam masala to it ,mix it well and cook for two more minutes and then off the flame. Pour some coriander leaves on top.
