Ingredients of Crab roast
STEP : 1
At the first step clean the crab well and keep it aside in a bowl . Then heat a kadai or pan .

Pour coconut oil to it and add little mustard when it's hot then add dried red chilly and curry leaves .

Then pour some chopped ginger and garlic to it ,saute it well and add sliced onion to it stir well .

Add the chopped tomato to it and close the pan for some time , let all the water comes out from the onion and tomato .

Then add the chilly powder , coriander powder and turmeric powder to it saute it well and stir for two minutes .

When the masala is nicely roasted add the cleaned crab to it and mix well , pour some water to it .

Then close the kadai for about ten to fifteen minutes and let it cooked well , add some curry leaves to it .

Mix it well and let it reach a nice roasted state and when the oil separated at upper layer ,off the flame .

Our naadan njendu roast is ready to serve , transfer it to the serving plate and enjoy the dish with rice , appam or chappathi .
