Ingredients of Corn vada
STEP : 1
First of all take the mokkajonna pothhulu in the bowl and peel out the outer layer from them and keep aside.

Now take the seeds from them in to a bowl and add the water in them and wash once and keep aside.

Now take the mixy jar and add them in the jar and then add the green chillies and ginger pieces in that and grind.

Now grind the seeds like a fine paste as shown in the image with out adding the water and keep aside.

Now take the salt and add the one tbsp of salt in the grinded paste and then mix well with out any lumbs.

Now take the gera and add the one or two tbsp of gera in the grineded paste and mix well.

Now take the ginger garlics and make it like a paste and add one tbsp of paste in the grinded paste and mix well.

Now take the one cup of onions and cu them like a very small pieces and then cut the corriander and keep aside.

Now add the one cup of onion pieces in the grinded paste and mix well with out any lumbs in the middle.

Now with the help of hand mix all ingredinats well once and mix it thoroughly like a thick batter and keep aside.

Now take the batter and prepare small balls and press it like a small sized wada as shown in the image.

Now take the pan and switch on the stove and preheat the oil for deep fry and then add them in the oil and fry.

Now fry them in the very low flame untill all the wada prepared and turn them another side cook for 5 minutes.

Now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and yummy crispy mokkajonna wada in the plate along with chutney.
