Ingredients of Corn tikki
STEP : 1
Take a potato, wash and peel it and also cut the capsicum into very small pieces. Set aside a cup of sweet corn too.

Grate the cheese very well and also peel the garlic and wash it very well and keep it ready for frying
STEP : 3
Boil the potato, take it out from water and then mash it and let it cool so that the masala can be made which would form the tikki.

Heat oil in a kadai and then add capsicum and the garlic and fry them very well so that they become soft and the garlic starts emitting smell.

Add the mashed potato and then add some salt and black pepper and mix it well with the rest of the contents.

Once the content above is slightly cooked, add the sweet corn and mix very well and fry it for 2-3 minutes.

Add the grated cheese. Mix it with the rest of the contents , cook for a minute or two till the cheese totally melts.

After the content is cooked well take it out from the flames and put it in a bowl and then refrigerate so that the mix becomes cool and can be shaped as tikki.

After being cooled take it out from the fridge and add the corn flour and mix it very well so that the mix is consistent

Now made flat shaped tillis with palm and then put them in a plate before frying in the oil. Make sure they are not breaking loose.

Heat oil in a pan and add the tikkis too fry well . First it is cooked on one side till that turns golden brown.

Now turn the tikki to the other side so that it gets cooked and fried well in both directions and turns golden brown

Set aside the tikkis after frying and draining the excess oil. Now they can be garnished with the cucumber slices and is ready to be served.
