Ingredients of Corn pulao
STEP : 1
To cook biryani first we have to measure 2 cups of basmathi rice in a plate and kept aside to go for further process. The main ingredient in biryani preparation.
STEP : 2
Now we have to take the measured quantity basmathi rice which was written in ingredients column and we have to soak the rice before cooking the baby corn potato biryani.why we have to soak this rice in water before cooking because if any dust particles were present in basmathi rice those particles were eliminated while draining the rice. Don't forget to soak the rice before starting the preparation of baby corn potato biryani.we have also another advantage for soaking of rice in water after cooking biryani we get s perfect cooked rice n so long which looks good n gives better view for biryani.
STEP : 3
To start biryani cooking first we have to take Onion,ginger,garlic cloves as per quantities mentioned in ingredients coloumn.as mentioned in ingredients we have to take 1 onion if it's bigger in size.we have to take two onions if they were smaller in size.
STEP : 4
After collecting the measured quantities of onion,ginger,garlic cloves we have to wash them cleanly n we gave to cut them into slices n place those 3 ingredients in a mixi jar to make a fine paste.3 garlic cloves should be kept aside while making paste

Now we have to on the gass stove place a pressure cooker, on stove then we have to heat cooker n add 6 table spoons of oil which was mentioned in ingredients, keep heating at low flame only.

After heating of cooker we have to add prepared onion ginger garlic paste into cooker which was contain oil to get taste.F ry the onion ginger garlic paste until it turns to slight gold colour,s sure we'll untill it separated oil from onion ginger garlic paste.

Now we have to take potato, baby corns as per mentioned quantities in ingredients column.peel of the potato n cut them into cube shapes keep aside. We can cut baby corns into our beloved shapes but in this picture I cut those baby corns into circle shapes as per your choice you can cut into straight shapes whatever you want
STEP : 8
After completion of frying onion ginger garlic paste into golden colour,we have to add green chillies, as per mentioned amounts in ingredients coloumn,crushed garlic pieces. I all ready mentioned in 1st step to store 3 garlic cloves for frying. As per your interest you can add more n more chillies to get more n more spicy. It's your choice as per your taste.
STEP : 9
Now take biryani ingredients means what we are using biryani leaf,jajikaya,etc as per my choice i chooses these biryani masala ingredients for biryani.if you want you can add more n more biryani masala ingredients as per your own interest.But it was veg biryani we couldn't eat this biryani with more spicy that's why I'm taking these few biryani ingredients only.
STEP : 10
Now we have to add these biryani ingredients to the fried onion ginger garlic paste which was present in cooker.fry well untill they release the smell outside.
STEP : 11
In this step we have to add chopped baby corn n potato slices to the cooker which contains fried onion ginger garlic paste along with chillies biryani ingredients,garlic pieces also.fry those potato baby corns untill they got coated with fried paste
STEP : 12
In this step we have to take water which was mentioned ingredients that is 4 cups of water. We took 2 cups of basmathi rice to cook biryani we should take 2 cups of water for 1 cup of basmathi rice. So we took 4 cups of basmathi rice know.we can boil this measured quantities of water to cook biryani. We can add water directly to cooker containing rice without boiling also we can add to cooker.it is our interest to boil or not. If we add boiled water it cooks rice perfectly also. If we add non boiling water also cooks rice perfectly so there is no difference in boiling water n non boiling water.
STEP : 13
After taking 4 cups of water for 2 cups of basmathi rice,we soaked the basmathi rice know Now we have to remove the water from rice and kept aside.after completion of frying of paste n vegetables we have to add these separated rice from water to cooker contains all these paste n vegetables don't keep flame at high. We have to cook biryani at low flame only.if we cook at high flame rice may get broken or turned into brownish black colour That colour was won't suitable for biryani.
STEP : 14
After adding the separated basmathi rice to cooker containing paste n vegetables.now we have to add mentioned quantities of chilly powder,cashews which was written in ingredients column. 1 table spoons of chilly powder should be taken n add to the cooker with paste,vegetables,rice. After completion of adding chilly powder to the cooker which was contained paste,vegetables,basmathi rice we to fry those three main key ingredients untill smell oozes out from cooker n spreads all over the room.
STEP : 15
Now we have to add measured quantities of water which was mentioned in ingredients column. That is 4 cups of water to the cooker containing paste,rice,vegetables, don't high the flame now.we have to kept at low flame only if we kept at high flame it cooks the bottom rice fastest. Then upper layer of rice won't cook properly when we kept whistle for cooker then it makes a paste like biryani which we won't like n we can't eat that type of biryani.
STEP : 16
This was the last best step to increase taste to our dish more n more because after pouring measured quantities of 4 cups of water to cooker with paste,vegetables,rice we have to add 2 table spoons of garam masala to the cooker.after adding 2 table spoon s of garam masala we have to add sufficient quantity of salt to cook biryani.as per your choice i can't mention exact quantity of salt in Ingredients column because your own interest to add a pinch more or less Another thing if you want to add onions you can add it was my choice.it was not more important to add onion slices.its not compulsory also.
STEP : 17
After completing of all these steps we have to close the lid of pressure cooker keep at low flame.w e have to wait for cooker to whistle for three times to cook perfectly.open the lid after three whistles.
STEP : 18
After removal of lid let see how rice was cooked We can check that rice was cooked perfectly or not.To increase more taste or yummyness to our dish add 1 tea spoon of ghee to the biryani after opening of lid. Then close the lid immediately don't wait for ghee smell to comes out spread over. If we open lid after adding ghee to biryani we won't get a smell of ghee to this dish After 5 minutes you can open n see biryani smell which makes you hungry

Last but not least transfer the biryani into a bowl which you want. What are you waiting for come n prepare this yummy biryani enjoy the delicious taste of baby corn potato biryani. I enjoyed while eating,baby corn gives nice smoothness when it was in my mouth.
