For Corn Preparation

STEP : 1
Take a cup of sweet corn and have it boiled and drain off the excess water. Grate the cheese well so that it gets melted very fast while making the filling.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the sweet corn to it. Fry for a couple of minutes. Add the salt and black pepper and mix it well.

STEP : 3
Add the grated cheese to the kadai and mix it well with the rest of the ingredients and cook for a minute.

After the filling is formed set it aside in a bowl to cool so that the stuffing on the patty covering is easy.
For Stuffed Corn Preparation

STEP : 1
Make a soft dough of the maida, salt, baking powder and oil. This dough is made similar to the way for making Puris.

STEP : 2
Make small round sheets or puris as the patties covering for the corn paste as shown in the image below.

STEP : 3
Take a small amount of the filling and put it in the puri in between to form the stuffing as shown.

STEP : 4
Fold the covering or the patty layer in all four directions like an envelope so that the stuffing is all inside.

STEP : 5
Repeat the same process for all the sheets by putting the stuffing and then folding appropriately so that the filling does not come out.

STEP : 6
Heat oil in a frying pan and place the patty from the above step into the hot oil. Fry well in both sides till they turn golden brown and then it is ready to be served.
