This is a very light snack item which is a vegetarian food and is usually served with tea or coffee. It is a bakery dish where the filling is made of corn and cheese and the coating is crispy and flaky like a normal puff.

Take a cup of sweet corn and have it boiled and drain off the excess water. Grate the cheese well so that it gets melted very fast while making the filling.
