Corn is a really nutritionist food , and we can make steam type of Corn Panki in a mangalore style , with the Banana leaves and also it is really good for health ,it can also be used as a diet food also .

Ingredients of Corn panki

1.00 no Baby Corn
0.00 cup Coriander Leaves
3.00 no Green Chilly
2.00 tbsp Bengal Gram Flour
3.00 tbsp Oil
2.00 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Cumin Seeds
2.00 tbsp Rava
3.00 no Banana Leaves

Corn panki

Firstly take one Corn , remove the outer layer as i shown in the below image .

Now take a one bowel add 1 cup of water , make it boil in a medium flame , then add corn to this .

Add 1/2 table spun of salt to the bowel , after adding the corn .

Now take a one bowel , add grind corn and and all flour and chopped ingredients , and mix it well .

Take a iedli plate , put all the mixer on the plate , as we shown in below .  Take a one cooker add 1 /2 glass of water , then put the iedli plate on this .

After putting the plates , close the cooker as in the below image and cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame .
