Ingredients of Corn panki
STEP : 1
Firstly take one Corn , remove the outer layer as i shown in the below image .

After removing the outer layer , remove the corn seeds as i shown in the below image .
STEP : 3
Now take a one bowel add 1 cup of water , make it boil in a medium flame , then add corn to this .
STEP : 4
Add 1/2 table spun of salt to the bowel , after adding the corn .
STEP : 5
To this add 1 table spun of sunflower oil or the one which you used for cooking .

Now add 1/2 table spun of turmeric powder , to the pan , it is good for health also .

After adding all the ingredients to the bowel , cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame .

After boiling for 10 minutes , make it cool for a minute while , and remove the water from corn as in the below image .

Put the corn on the jar , and make it as a fully powder type , as in the below image .

Take a 4 to 5 Curry leaves and chopped in a small size as in below image .

Bengal gram flour is help full for binding the corn panki , take 2 to 3 table spun of bengal gram flour .

Rava is also one of the ingredient which is gives the good taste as well as binding . Take 2 table spun of rava .

Take 1 or 2 green chilly , and chopped this in a small size as much as possible .

Take 2 pudina leaves and chopped as in below image, Take a small size of coriander leaves and chopped this in a small size .

Now take a one bowel , add grind corn and and all flour and chopped ingredients , and mix it well .

Add 1 Table spun of salt to the bowel , don't add more salt because we are already add the salt in the corn cooking time .

Now add 1 table spun of cumin seeds to the bowel , it gives different taste .

Add 2 table spun of cream to the bowel , it gives the softness to the panki .

After adding the cream mix it well , and keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes .

Now take some banana leaves and cut it in the round size as in the below image .

Take a one Banana leaves apply some oil on the banana leaves as in the below image .

After applying the oil on the leaves , put the mixer on the leaves .

Then take another banana leaves and cover on the mixer as in the below image .

After putting the another leave on the mixer ,just press this gently as in below image .

Take a iedli plate , put all the mixer on the plate , as we shown in below . Take a one cooker add 1 /2 glass of water , then put the iedli plate on this .

After putting the plates , close the cooker as in the below image and cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame .

After cooking 10 minutes , in a cooker , the banana leaves color is turn in to like this .

Now take a one panki and remove the upper portion of banana leaves as in the below image .

Now serve the Corn Panki with the green Chutney for a good taste . Serve in hot way .
