Ingredients of Corn pakoda

STEP : 1
In first step we have to take a one cup of sweet corn kernels n in a cup n keep it aside for further use

STEP : 2
After taking cup of sweet corn kernels n then we have to take a cup of besan n kept aside

STEP : 3
After taking besan in a bowl now we have to cut onions into small pieces n kept aside

STEP : 4
After taking bowl of chopped onions we have to cut green chillies n kept aside now we have to take required quantity of turmeric powder n salt

STEP : 5
Now add a pinch of turmeric powder to the bowl containing besan add sufficient quantity to get a rich golden look to pakodi

Now add chopped green chillies to a bowl containing besan powder like as shown in image.you can add more chopped pieces according to your choice

After completing addition of chopped green chillies now we have to add chopped onions pieces to besan bowl.

Now we have to take sweet corn kernels near to besan bowl n drop them into bowl to complete further process

Now we have to add chilli powder which is mentioned in ingredients column if you want you can add more n more

After addition of chilly powder to bowl now we have to mix all the ingredients well to get coated well like as shown in the below image

Now add some amount of water to make thick batter for preparing of corn pakodi don't add too much of water make a batter which is uploaded below

Now take a kadai n add oil for deep fry to get crispy pakoda if you use less quantity your pakodii won't cook well so best to use oil as per mentioned quantities.

Now take small ball like shapes of pakodi batter ndrop them in kadai nthen fry them untill they cook perfect n turn to golden colour.

Now remove them after they turn to golden colour n transfer them in a bowl serve hot with sauce
