Ingredients of Corn gravy

And now take a fresh and clean bowl and add the fresh and chopped baby corn and chop them into circular pieces and add into the bowl.

and now as the next step add the fresh and cleaned tomato and onion in the plate and chop them each into small peices.

and now take a fresh and clean pan and add the 2 table spoons of oil to pan and add some jeera and add the chopped onions and tomato to pan.

and keep the stir fried tomato and onions aside in other plate and take the pan and add the oil and cashews and jeera and some cloves to it.

and now add all the ingredients when cooled into a mixy jar and grind all the ingredients into soft paste and keep aside.

and now add the grinded paste into the pan with the oil and add the 1 table spoon of garam masala and add the red chili powder to it.

and now after adding all spices to the mix add some water and cook for some time with lid and add the cooked baby corn to it.

and now add the lid and add some water and cook well and after some time add the kasuri methi for extra taste and flavour.

and cook the gravy till it has been thickness suficient and add some water and salt if needed and take the recipe into a bowl and garnish.

and now add the coriander or dry coconut to the bowl and it is best compatible with roti, naan, and pulkas, and chapati or with plain rice.
