Corn fried rice is a tasty Chinese style mixed rice recipe,kids are loves to eat colorful and crunchy recipes,so that sweet corn fried rice is can be made colorful and also cook instantly is the sweet corn and other colorful veggies are available in home,it can be made as various versions here I have submitted one of the easiest version of corn fried rice.
Corn Fried Rice – Quick And Healthy Corn Fried Rice Recipe
Corn Fried Rice
- 1.00 cup Cooked Rice
- 0.5 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
- 0.5 nos Capsicum
- 0.5 nos Carrot
- 4.00 nos Garlic Pods
- 1.00 nos Green Chilly
- 0.5 tbsp Spring Onion Greens
- 0.5 tbsp Salt
- 0.5 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1.50 tbsp Olive Oil
Corn Fried Rice
- Take one cup of cooked Rice and keep them for cool if it remains warms,better to use basmati rice for flavor and taste.
- Chop or slice some corn kernels from a sweet corn knob,and also fine slice some capsicum and carrots.
- Heat a pan add one tbsp of olive oil and then add some fine chopped garlic and slitted green chilies,saute them for few seconds.
- Then add chopped carrots and well sliced capsicums into them and saute for a few seconds.
- Then add freshly chopped sweet corn kernels into them and stir well for few minutes till the kernels are well fried.
- Then add enough salt for this recipe and keep in stirring till the added veggies are comes to tender.
- Then now add those well cooked and cooled rice into them,here I used sonna masuri brand rice for flavor.
- Then add one tbsp of olive oil which helps the rice remains as grains and non-sticky.
- Then add one tbsp of freshly crushed black pepper powder into them and stir well till it mixes well evenly.
- Finally add some fine chopped spring onion greens over them and garnish and serve hot with any gravy or Raita recipes.
