Crispy And Tasty Sweet Recipe Corn Dosa For Breakfast
Corn dosa is one type of dosa that can be prepared with the rice ,sweet corn and some jaggery for the taste purpose. Instant healthy and tasty breakfast recipe also.
Ingredients
Corn Dosa
- 1.00 cup sweet corn seeds
- 0.50 cup jaggery
- 1.00 cup water
- 0.50 cup oil
- 0.50 tbsp salt
- 0.50 tbsp cumin
- 1.00 cup rice
Instructions
Corn Dosa
- Take the sweet corn peel of the skin from it and check if they are fresh or not use only the fresh one.
- Now remove the seeds from it and clean them by taking in to the bowl with water to remove any dirt particles.
- Take the boiled rice of 1 cup to the jar in order for grinding process and close it with a lid.
- Add some water of 1/2 glass to the jar in order to make it to a fine paste and close it with a lid.
- By adding the water step by step make the rice to a fine pate without the rice particles in the jar.
- Now collect this rice paste to one bowl and kept it aside for further preparation process of dosa easily with this.
- Now add the sweet corn seeds of 1 cup to the same jar in order to grind them well without water.
- Grind the sweet corn seeds well to a fine paste without adding water to the jar and also no seeds left in it.
- Collect this sweet corn seeds paste to the same bowl containing the rice paste and kept aside for further process easily.
- Now mix well both the pastes in the bowl with a spoon until it will mixes together well in the bowl.
- Take the jaggery of 1 cup and smash to pieces of small one which is easy for grinding the jaggery in the jar.
- Now add those particles to the jar of 1/2 cup and close the jar with a lid and do not add water to it.
- After that grind well the jaggery pieces until there is no pieces left behind in the jar and check for that.
- Now add the prepared paste of rice and sweet corn to the jar containing the jaggery in order to mix well.
- So again grind well all the mixtures to form a fine paste which is used for the dosa making with this prepared one.
- Collect this to bowl and add salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well until the salt dissolves in it for some time.
- Take a pan add oil of 4 drops on it and make the pan heat in a low flame for some time .
- After the pan gets heated add the dosa batten on it and spread it with a spoon in a round manner.
- Apply oil from the top side for easy cooking on the top side also without any delay for cooking of dosa.
- When one side is done turn to other side and made the other side also fry well in a low flame and then take in to the serving bowl.
