STEP : 1
Peel the garlic and wash them. Chop the green chili. Grate the cheese Take the sweet corn and wash and keep it ready.

Take the spinach leaves. Wash them very well under running water so that they have no dust and then chop into fine pieces.

Heat oil in a kadai and then add the garlic cloves and green chili and fry them till the garlic cloves turn brownish in color.

Now add the chopped spinach leaves and salt and cook for 4-5 minutes till the watery part of the spinach is drained off.

Now add the sweet corn to the kadai and mix it well so that it is cooked with the spinach.

Finally add the grated cheese to it and then stir very well so that the cheese melts uniformly and mixes well with the spinach and corn.

After the mixture is ready take it out from the flames and then keep it in a bowl for cooling.

Now add the corn flour to the spinach mixture and then make a very uniform paste of the cornflour and the vegetables.

Now make round shaped balls of the mixture using all the contents and keep it in a plate so that it can be fried.

Heat oil in a tawa and add the spinach balls and deep fry them well on all sides till they are golden brown in color. It is ready to be served with onion and tomato slices.
