Ingredients of Corn chaat
STEP : 1
Firstly take 2 big sized and fresh American Corn (sweet). Here seeds of Corn should be of big size and fully growned. Check it before selecting Corn.
STEP : 2
Now remove the upper layers of Corn along with fibre. Remove the fibres sticked with Corn. Make it clean by washing with water for 2 3 times.
STEP : 3
Now make two pieces of all Corn sticks from centre. Wash it again with water for 2 3 times. Collect all pieces of corn in a plate.
STEP : 4
Now take alluminium Cocker and wash it properly with water for 2 3 times. Make it dry with cloth.

Now take 3 - 4 glass of drinking water into the cocker. Put the cocker on gas stove at medium flame. Let it be heat.
STEP : 6
Now add 1 tbsp of Salt in to the container and stir it properly by spoon up to complete dissolution of it.

Now take 1 tbsp of fresh Huldi powder and add into the cocker. Here huldi powder should be fresh otherwise it will not good taste to corn seeds.

Now dissolve the huldi powder into the water with constant stirring by spoon. Stir it for 3 4 minutes up to it gets dissolve completely.

Now make the flame of gas stove fast and let it boil for 2 minutes so that salt and huldi powder dissolve properly in water.

After proper boiling of water, rising of water will be start out then slow the flame. Once again make flame fast and go second rising of water. Repete it for three times.

After three times rising of water Add pieces of Corn Stick into the cocker and let it boil for 1 minute at medium flame of gas stove.

After proper boiling and rising of water over all the Corn Sticks, close the lid of cocker and let it cock up to 3 4 whistles at medium flame of gas stove.

After cocking for 3 4 whistles close the gas stove and let it cool for 5 minutes. After cooling open the lid of cocker. Let it cool for more 5 minutes.

Now remove and discard the hot water from cocker and remain the corn sticks in cocker. Now add cold water into cocker and fill up to upper level of cocker so that all pieces of corn can soak into cold water properly.

After soaking corn in cold water for 5 minutes, remove all corn from cocker and collect in plate as shown in figure.

Now remove out all Corn Seeds from stick by hand only so that corn seeds will remain as it is in its structure. Collect all seeds in bowl.

Now take all Corn Seeds, 2 Carrot, 2 Tomato, 2 Onion and 2 3 Green Mirchi. Wash all the vegetable properly with clean water for 2 3 times.

Now make chopping of all vegetables in to the fine to medium sizes pieces. Collect all chopped pieces of all vegetables in to a plate with Corn Seeds as shown in figure.

Now take the medium sized Steel Container or Pan and wash it properly with water for 2 3 times. Make it dry by clean cloth.

Add 3 tbsp of Pure Ghee into the container. Here Ghee should be fresh and of pure quality otherwise it will spoil the taste of preparation.

Now put the steel container with pure Ghee on gas stove at very low flame. Here Butter can also use in place of Ghee.

As the pure ghee gets melt out, make the gas stove very low to medium and let it be heat properly.

After proper heating of pure Ghee add all seeds of Corn into the steel container and make the gas flame very low.

Now mix all the corn seeds with pure Ghee with constant stirring by spoon. Stir all seeds for 2 3 minutes.

Now add 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder in to the container. Here Black pepper powder should be of fine size.

Now mix the whole content properly with the constant stirring by spoon at low flame of gas stove. Cock the content for 4 5 minutes with occasional stirring.

Now make the gas flame slow and add finely chopped Onion in to the container. Here onion should not be of big sized.

Mix the onion with buttered corn seeds by spoon with slow stirring and let it be fry at low gas flame with occasional stirring for 2 minutes. Onion should not be burn out.

After proper frying of onion and getting of light brown or golden color, Add finely chopped Green Mirchi in to the container. Mirchi should be in round shape.

Now mix the whole content and let be fry green mirchi for 1 minute. Then add finely chopped Tomato in to the container.

Now mix the whole content by stirring slowly and let be saute the tomato for 1 minute at low flame with occasional stirring.

Now add finely to medium sizely chopped pieces of Carrot in to the container. Here Carrot should be fresh and red.

Now mix the whole content properly with slow stirring by spoon. Let cock the carrot for 2 minutes at low to medium gas flame.

Now add 1 tbsp of Salt in to the container. Mix the whole content properly with proper stirring so that salt gets dissolve properly.

Now add 1 tbsp of EVEREST Chat Masala in to the container. Here Chat Masala should be of good quality.

Mix the whole content properly so that complete taste of Chat Masala can disperce in to the whole preparation.

Now the Corn chat preparation is ready to serve and take out the complete content in to serving plate.

Now take fresh and green Dhaniya leaves and cut in to fine size. Now sprinkle the finely chopped green Dhaniya leaves on the serving dish as shown in Image.

Now take medium size SEV and sprinkle it on the serving dish as shown in image. Here SEV should not be of big or small size.

Now sprinkle the pinch of Everest Chat Masala and also sprinkle the finely chopped Dhaniya on the serving dish as in Image. Now place ring of Onion rings in plate for final garnishing the preparation as in Final Image.
