Ingredients of Corn and cabbage Soup
Corn and cabbage Soup
STEP : 1
First take 3 - 4 Corn stick. Corn stick must be fully growned and of big size. The corn beens must be of big size as shown in step 1 image.

Now remove all the barks of corn stick and also remove all smooth fibers on corn stick. Make all corn stick clean finely.

Now take a big wholed scraper of steel and wash it properly with clean water. Now take scraper and a corn stick in a big plate as shown in step 3 image.

Now slowly scrap the corn stick on scraper with hand by little pressing from one side and like that whole corn stick have scrap properly.

After completion of scraping of 2 corn stick remove the unwanted scraped stick and take off the scraper from plate and collect the scraped corn material in clean vessel.

Now take another corn stick and take off corn seeds from corn stick by hand collect in plat with scraped corn material.

Now take a pressure cooker and wash it properly with clean water. Make the cooker dry with clean cloth.

Now take all corn beens in the pressure cooker. Wash all the corn beens with water and add a pinch of salt in it.

Now remove unwanted fibres from scraped corn materials and take it into the cooker along with corn seeds.

Now add 1 glass of water into cooker and mix all corn seeds and scraped materials along with water by stirring properly.

Now put the cooker on gas stove and put on the gas flame. Let the boil the content properly and then close the lid of cooker and cook the materials up to 3 whistles of cooker.

Now after 3 whistles of cooker put off gas stove and let it be cool for 5 minutes. After that remove the hot air from cooker and slowly open the lid of cooker. Stir the boiled content with spoon and add a glass of water into it.

Now take 1 small size Gobi-flower, 1 big Capsicum, 2 - 3 Tomato, 2 - 3 Onion, 5 - 6 Green Mirchi, a small piece of Ginger, 1 garlic, 1- 2 lemon in a plate.

Now cut Gobi-flower, tomato, capsicum and onion into very fine pieces. Cut garlic, ginger and green mirchi in very small pieces. Cut the lemon and take out its juice.

Now take cooker and wash it properly and put it on gas stove. After light heating of cooker add 3 tbsp of Ghee into cooker and let it heat at low flame.

After properly heating of ghee add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds(Jeera) and let it fry properly at low flame. Here cumin should not be burn out.

Now add very finely choaped onion into the cooker and let it fry up to light brownish color it gets with stirring intervaly.

Now add finely choped garlic, ginger and green mirchi. Add pinch of salt. Mix them and let it fry properly with stirring intervaly.

Now add very finely choped Gobi - flower into it and mix it properly. Stir it well with big spoon.

Now add 2 glass of water and let it be hot. After heating of water add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and mix it properly with stirring.

Now add very finely choped green capsicum into the cooker. Make the flame of gas medium. Let it boil.

Now mix the whole content properly with slow stirring with 1 minutes interval for 5 minutes.

Now add finely choped tomato into a cooker and mix it properly. Add 1 tbsp of black peppermint powder and 1 tbsp of salt into it. Mix the whole content properly.

Now take 2 cup of water in to small vessel and make it hot for 3 minutes. Add 2 tbsp of corn starch to make slury.

Now slowly add corn starch into hot water with constant stirring and make white slury. Here lump of corn starch should not be formed.

Now add the slury of corn starch and water into the cooker and mix it properly. Let it heat properly the whole content at high flame for 2 minutes.

Now after proper heating of it make the flame of gas medium and let boil gentely for 5 - 7 minutes with stirring at 1 minute interval.

Now check the taste of preparation and if necessary add salt or lemon juice as per taste require. Now also check the consistancy of preparation. If it is more thick add water(required) and it is less thick then add corn starch (required). Now the hot and spicy Corn-Cabbage-Capsicum soup is ready to serve and serve it in serving bowl(FINAL IMAGE).
