This is a simple and favourite dish in Maharashtra . it is a delicious dish usually eat in breakfast . this nan are chrunchy too so you can have this with hot tea . coriander roundy nan is healthy and so much tasty dish .

Ingredients of Coriander naan

8.00 gram Coriander
1.00 tbsp salt
7.00 tbsp oil
1.00 cup water
1.00 cup wheat flour
1.00 tbsp red chilly powder

Coriander naan

Take some fresh coriander leaves . wash them properly . take a cup of wheat flour and red chilly powder .

Chop coriander leaves.Take wheat flour in a plate and add chopped coriander leaves in it . add some salt and water to make perfect dough . now make small round size naan .

Take oil in a pan and heat it till oil become hot . now deep fry this roundly naan it hot oil till it become yellowish red .
