Ingredients of Coriander chicken
STEP : 1
Take the boneless chicken cube and cut it into small pieces as shown in the image and wash it very well.

Add salt, curd and black pepper to the chicken and set it aside for marination for an hour so that the chicken becomes tender.

Take the coriander and mint leaves and remove them from the stem and clean and wash them very well so that a paste can be made of the same.

Peel the garlic and onion and wash them well and chop the green chili. Make the onion sliced too. Make a medium thick coconut milk. Make a paste of the green leaves which were cleaned above.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the onion, garlic and green chili and fry them well so that the onion turns pinkish.

Add the chicken cubes to the kadai and fry them well with the rest of the contents and mix thoroughly. Add the coconut milk too while frying.
STEP : 7
Continue to fry till all the watery content is dried up and all the content is absorbed with the chicken.
STEP : 8
Add the green leaves paste and then mix it very well with the chicken. Cook for sometime so that the paste is cooked well. Once all the water is drained it is ready to be served with a red chili topping.
