This is a chicken preparation made from chicken cubes which are boneless breast pieces. It is served with jeera rice and the chicken is hot and sweet and creamier with the help of coconut milk. It is a medium gravy preparation.

Ingredients of Coriander chicken

0.25 kg Chicken Cubes
0.50 cup Mint Leaves
0.50 cup Coriander Leaves
1.00 no Onion
2.00 no Chili
8.00 no Garlic Cloves
0.75 cup Coconut Milk
1.00 cup Curd
0.25 tbsp Salt
4.00 tbsp Oil
0.25 tbsp Black Pepper
0.25 tbsp Asafoetida
1.00 no Red Chili
