This is a vegetarian salad which is made using raw vegetables and a dressing is prepared for the same. This is a rich and creamy salad and is usually served with burgers or sandwiches. It is very easy to make and is healthy and nutritious as it does not contain oil. We are preparing it on a mustard base so it adds to the spice.

Ingredients of Coleslaw Salad

0.25 no Cabbage
0.50 no Carrots
0.50 no Capsicum
1.00 no Onion
4.00 tbsp Mayonnaise
2.00 tbsp MustardSauce
0.25 tbsp BlackPepper
0.25 tbsp Salt

Take the cabbage and grate it into fine pieces.  Peel and wash the carrot and make it into fine pieces.  Chop the onion and capsicum too.
