Coconut Phirni is made using Dried grated coconut cooked along side with diluted rice, green cardamom powder, sugar, an Milk and further garnished with sliced Almonds,cashew and raisins making this recipe all the more richer.

STEP : 1
Take 1 cup rice soak for 10 min then drained the water.
STEP : 2
Then soaked rice put in grinder and grind till it get in powder form
STEP : 3
Then take 2 cups sugar (as per your taste preference) and 3 tbsp of grated coconut and 1 cup rice powder.
STEP : 4
Take a deep bottomed vessel then Add 1 litre milk in it and then boil the milk 1 time.
STEP : 5
Then add 1/2 glass of water and 1 cup rice powder in it. Mix until there are no lumps left in the mixture. Once done, place the pan on medium flame and give a boil.

Then add 3 Cardamom grind in a mixture then add 2 cups sugar in it (Sugar as per your taste).

Cook 10 min until phirni get thick. If it gets very thick than you can add some more milk or water to it.

Then add 3tbsp of grated dried coconut in phirni and mix well.

Then let phirni be cook for 15-20 mins
STEP : 10
Serve Chilled Phirni in Clay bowl and garnish it with some dry fruits.
