Coconut Milk Pulao – A Unique Taste Of Coconut Milk Pulao Recipe
Coconut milk pulao is a exotic and indian classic delicious breakfast recipe. A very flavorful rice recipe and this is classic dish prepared from freshly extracted coconut milk.
Ingredients

- 2.00 no Coconut
- 1/2 kg Rice
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger Galicpaste
- 1.00 tbsp Ilachi
- 1.00 cup Onions
- 1.00 tbsp Green Chillies
- 1.00 tbsp Termeric Powder
- 4.00 tbsp Ghee
- 1.00 tbsp Sesame Seeds And Cloves Paste
- 1.00 tbsp Saltfortaste
Instructions
Coconut Milk Pulao
- first of all take the coconuts and break them in to two equal parts and then wash them once and keep aside
- now take the knife and cut them in to very small pieces as shown in the image annd keep all them aside
- now take the mixy jar and then add those coconut pieces in the jar and then keep them aside as shown
- now take the water and then add them in the pieces and grind them well like a fine paste as shown
- now take the filter and then filter the coconut milk from the grinded coconut and then keep them aside as shown
- now take the half kg of rice and wash them well with the water as shown in the image and keep aside
- now take the wide pan and take the 4 tbsp of the ghee and add that in the pan and preheat the pan
- now take the onions and cut them as long pieces and add them in the pa and fry them well .
- now take the ginger garlic and sesame seeds paste and add one tbsp of that in the fried onions and mix well
- now take the termeric powder and add only one tbsp of the termeric powder in the fried onions and mix well
- now take the spoon and fry them well untill the onions fry like a golden color and then add the garam masala
- now take the coconut milk and add them properly measured milk as of for one cup of rice you should take 2 cups of milk
- now take the salt and add the sufficient salt for the taste and mix well with out any bubbles in the middle
- now take the lid and keep a lid over that and cook for 5 minutes after that add the rice ,
- now take the spoon and mix once and then cook that for the 10 to 15 minutes in the slow flame
- now take the spoon mix once again ,and check the salt taste and then cook that untill the water evoparates ,,and then keep that aside
- now take the serving bowl serve the tasty and delicious coconut pulav in the bowl and garnish with the corriander thats it tasty item ready
