2.00 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
2.00 tbsp Coriander Powder
0.25 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
4.00 tbsp Oil

Coconut curry chicken

Chop the vegetables such as onion,tomatoes and green chilies and coriander leaves and also peel of the brown skin of coconut and grate it using grater,

Heat cooking pan add some oil when it gets hot then add little fennel seeds and khus khus seeds with them and saute well in slow fire

Amazing recipe..I have tried this today and it came out really well.. this was a quick and easy recipe I took only a half an hour for preparation .I added a pinch of sugar and lime juice to balance it out and it was very tasty especially the coconut flavour make the dish rich. I cooked it for dinner and I left it to rest for an hour before serving there for I get a creamy texture. I used chicken breast this time but next time I will make it with boneless chicken.thank you so much for this amazing dish sharing with us
