Kaluu menasina chutney ,is the one of the side dish and it is a style of malnad and it is highy good in the time of winter season , and it is good for health also and it gives the good taste , we can use this for Sandwiches also .

Ingredients of Coconut chutney

1.00 cup Coconut
0.30 no Pepper
3.00 tbsp Tamarind juice
2.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Mustard Seeds
2.00 no Red chilly
0.25 cup Water
1.75 tbsp Salt

Coconut chutney

For Making this Kallu menasina chutney , we are taking 1 and 1/2 cup of grated coconut .

STEP : 1

Now take a one pan make it heat in a low flame , and fry the grated coconut in a medium flame for 5 minutes .  Don't add oil to fry the coconut .

Now take a one pan add 20 to 30 of Kalumeanasu (pepper) and fry for 5 minutes .

Now take a one pinch of Tamarind and dip in the hot water , and extract the tamarind juicefrom that .

Now take a one jar , in this add the fried grated coconut .

Now add 3 table spun of - tamarind juice to the jar , it gives the good flavor to the chutney .

After grinding all the ingredients the mixer is looks as in the below image .

Now take a one table spun of salt to the grinded mixer and mix it well.

Now the Malnad Style of Kalumenasina chutney is ready to serve now .  Serve this with the Dosa and Eidli .
