Ingredients of Coconut chutney

STEP : 1
For Making this Kallu menasina chutney , we are taking 1 and 1/2 cup of grated coconut .

STEP : 2
Now take a one pan make it heat in a low flame , and fry the grated coconut in a medium flame for 5 minutes . Don't add oil to fry the coconut .

Now take a one pan add 20 to 30 of Kalumeanasu (pepper) and fry for 5 minutes .

Now take a one pinch of Tamarind and dip in the hot water , and extract the tamarind juicefrom that .

Now take a one jar , in this add the fried grated coconut .

STEP : 6
Now add 3 table spun of - tamarind juice to the jar , it gives the good flavor to the chutney .

Now add the fried 20 to 30 Pepper to the jar , which we fried in the above .

After grinding all the ingredients the mixer is looks as in the below image .

Now take a one table spun of salt to the grinded mixer and mix it well.

Now take a one pan in this add 1 and 1/2 spun of oil and make it heat in a medium flame .

After the oil is becoming to heat now add 1 table spun of Mustard seeds and fry for 1 minute .

Now add 1 to 2 red chilies to the pan and fry for 1 minute .

Now add grinded ingredient to the pan , as in the below image , and mix it well .

STEP : 14
Now the Malnad Style of Kalumenasina chutney is ready to serve now . Serve this with the Dosa and Eidli .
