STEP : 1
Take a fresh or Frozen coconut slices scrape out the brown skin wash and grate them using grater, and take three to four green chilies and two curry leaves.
STEP : 2
Then add the grated coconut and green chilies and some curry leaves with them and grind them as fine paste by little water.
STEP : 3
When the coconuts are still coarse again add little water and grind them as fine paste, do not pour more water will makes chutney watery.
STEP : 4
When the coconuts are well grounded, then add the grounded coconut paste to a bowl and add enough salt for them and stir well.
STEP : 5
Finally the coconut chutney for fasting is ready to serve as it, do not do any tempering for this type of fasting recipes.
