Ingredients of Coconut burfi
STEP : 1
Firstly take a one coconut , and grated the coconut as shown in the below image .

Now take a good cardamom and remove the outer layer of this , And make the powder of of inner seeds .

The main thing is the add 1 spun of rich desie ghee for the extra mild flavor , And it will help for binding also .

Now take a one jar , in this add grated coconut of 1 cup and grind only one round , Main thing don't add water .

Now take a one kadai in this add 1/2 cup of sugar , And 1/4 cup of water and make it heat in the low flame .

When the sugar is came in to the medium thick consistency, add grinded coconut to the kadai as shown below .

After adding the coconut to the kadai, Add 1/2 pinch of cardamom powder , And 2 spun of ghee , and fried for 5 to 8 minutes ,in a medium flame .

Now take a one plate in this apply 1 spun of ghee on the whole plate , as shown in the below image .

After applying the ghee in to the plate , Spread the coconut and sugar mixer which we prepared in the above .
STEP : 10
Make it cool for 1 hour , after that cut into the pieces of your wish , Use cashew for garnishing .
