Ingredients of Chukkakura chicken
STEP : 1
First of all take the bowl and wash the chukkakura well and then add water and boil for 5 minutes so that it becomes soft.

now take the half kg chicken and wash it well with the water and keep aside and spread the salt over the chicken.

now take the onions and cut them in to very small pieces and keep a pan over the stove and fry them well.

now add the turmeric powder and then mix well once and then add the ginger garlic paste and mix well.

now fry the masala paste well so that the raw smell will gone out and then add the cleaned chicken and fry.

now fry that chicken in the oil for 5 minutes and then add the red chilly powder and mix well once.

now fry for 10 minutes so that the chilly powder and salt will be absorbed by the chicken and then add the water.
STEP : 8
now cook that chicken for 5 minutes in the water and then take the boiled chukkakura and make paste and add that in the chicken.

now again cook for 5 minutes so that all the flavours will absorbed by the chicken and cook in low flame.

now finally add the coriander leaves and serve the chukkukura chucken gravy in the serving bowl and serve with either rice or roti.
