This is a North Indian famous dish we usually eat from restaurants . We can make this easily at home .

Poori Preparation

After making a dough take a clean cotton cloth and make it slightly wet then cover the dough by the cloth .

Wait for four to six hours and then knead the dough again by adding a little oil to it and then make small round balls of it.

Then heat a kadai and pour oil to it , when the oil becomes hot put the flattened rotti to it and let it puffed up . Do the same with the remaining and our bhatura is ready .Keep in casserole to keep hot.
