Halbai is one of the delicious and famous sweet of south India , and we are using less ingredients to make this sweet , we can keep this sweet for 4 to 5 days without any preservatives , it is very likely by kids .

Ingredients of Chiroti sweet

1.00 cup Rava
1.25 cup Water
0.25 tbsp Ghee
1.00 no Jaggery
1.00 no Cardamom
2.00 no Clove
2.00 no coconut

Chiroti sweet

We are taking one cup of Rava for making the Halbai .  Clean this fully .

STEP : 1

Now add 1 cup of water to this , and sock for minimum 1/2 an hour .

For making this dish we are using coconut , so use fresh coconut .

Smash the Jaggery as in below image , it helps to dissolve easily .

Now take a one kada in this add , Smash Jaggery as in the below image .

Add 1/4 cup of water to the kada as in the below image , to dissolve the jaggery .

After adding the water , put it in a low flame , the jaggery is dissolved as in below image .

After keep the Rava for 1/2 an hour it looks like as in below image .

Now take a one jar in this add the socked Rava , as in below image .

Take a one pan poor the grinded mixer as in the below image .

Make it heat the pan in a low flame , and mix it slowly .

Now add the Jaggery syrup which we prepared in the above , and stirl it as in below image .

Now mix it well , after adding Jaggery syrup in a low medium flame .

Now add 1/4 cup of ghee and mix it well ,  Add some more ghee and mix it well , in a low flame .

After mixing the mixer have to came from the pan as in the below image .  When it's not stick to the pan the halbai is ready .

Take a one plate and apply some ghee to it as in the below image .

Poor the mixer as we prepared in the above and spread it in the plate .

Make it cool down for 5 minutes , and cut it into the shape which you like .
