Chinese omelette

STEP : 1
The ingredients are noodles, bread, eggs, carrot, cabbage, green chillies, chilli sauce, salt, pepper powder.

STEP : 2
now take a mixing bowl and add sliced carrot, cabbage, onion, green chillies and chilli sauce

STEP : 3
now add the one tsp of pepper powder and salt and mix it nicely and keep aside.

now take another bowl and beat the eggs and add pepper powder and salt if want

STEP : 5
now add the beaten egg mixture in to the vegetable mixture and mix it throughly

now heat the pan add oil and spread the boiled noodles as the thin layer

STEP : 7
now on the top of the noodles add the egg and vegetable mixture and spread it

STEP : 8
now place the lid on the top of it and cook it for 15mins on slow flame so that the vegetables cook

STEP : 9
now take another pan add the bread slices and roast them on both sides till it changes colour

STEP : 10
once the omlette is done place the omlet between the bread slices as shown in the figure

it can be served with bread slices are even we can have it as an omlette
