- 0.25 kg Boneless Chicken
- 1.00 cup Boiled Rice
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2.00 tbsp Carrot Pieces
- 3.00 tbsp Cabbage
- 5.00 tbsp Capsicum Pieces
- 0.25 tbsp Salt
- 3.00 tbsp Curd
- 1.00 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 2.00 tbsp Ghee
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Coriander
Instructions
Chinese Chicken Fried Rice
- First of all take the bowl and take the fresh boneless chicken and cut them into small pieces and add turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste.
- Now take the red chilly powder and add the one tbsp of the red chilly powder in the chicken and mix well
- Now take the fresh curd and add the one tbspof the curd in the chicken as shown in the image and mis well.
- Now after that keep that chicken magnate in refrigerator for 10 minutes mean while cook the rice and keep aside.
- Now take the pan and switch on the stove and add the oil and fry the agnated chicken in the oil.
- Now add the salt for taste and mix well and fry them in the slow flame as shown in the image and keep aside.
- Now take the wide pan and add the 2 or 3 tbsp of ghee and fry the carrot pieces and capsicum and cabbage pieces well.
- After that add the ginger garlic paste and cook for 5 minutes in slow flame as shown in the image.
- And then add the boiled rice in the fried items and mix well and fry them until raw smell goes out.
- Now take the prepared chicken and add them in the rice as shwon in the image and mix well as shown in the image.
- Now take the egg fry and mix them in the fried rice and mix all well once and switch off the stove.
- Now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious and spicy chicken fried rice in a serving plate and garnish with corriander.
