very tasty and delicious chilly aloo can be prepared very simply in the home in less no of the steps ,no need to go to restarent ,we can prepare on our own .children likes to eat in the evening time as a snacks

Ingredients of Potato preparation

2.00 no Potatoes
0.50 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Corn flour
0.25 liter Oil for fry

Ingredients of Masala preparation

1.00 no Capsicum
3.00 no Green chilies
3.00 no Spring onions
5.00 no Curry leaves
2.00 no Onions
5.00 no Garlic
0.25 no Ginger
4.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Red chili powder
2.00 tbsp Soya sauce
1.00 tbsp Chili sauce
0.50 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Tomato sauce

Potato Preparation

first of all take the aloo and check them once and keep them aside as shown in the image
