Potato Preparation

STEP : 1
first of all take the aloo and check them once and keep them aside as shown in the image

now take the peeler and then peel out the outer layer and add them in the bowl of water and keep aside

now take the knife and cut the aloo in to the long slices as shown in the image and keep aside

now take the bowl and add them in the bowl and then add the salt for taste in the aloo

now take the corn flour and add the 2 tbsp of the corn flour in the aloo pieces as shown in the image

now take the spoon and mix all the pieces and then keep them aside for 5 minutes as shown in the image

now take the pan and switch on the stove and preheat the pan as shown in the image

now take the oil and add the oil for deep fry in the pan and preheat the oil a shown

now take the aloo pieces and add them in the preheated oil as shown in the image and fry well

now take the spring onions and cut them in to small pieces as shown in the image and keep aside

now take the curry leaves and wash them well in the water and keep aside as shown in the image

now take the onions and peel out the outer layer and keep them aside as shown in the image

now take the garlic and peel out the outer layer and keep them aside as shown in the image

now take the pan and switch on the stove and keep the pan over the stove and preheat the pan

now take the oil and add the 4 tbsp of the oil in the pan as shown and preheat the oil

now take the garlic and add them in the preheated oil and fry them well as shown in the image
