STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare veg chilli kothu parota;we need fresh parota;mustard seeds;red chilli powder;garam masala;oil;tomato sauce;coriander powder;cumin seeds;chopped onions;ginger;garlic ;curry leaves and salt to taste.

Now take a fresh two medium size parotta and cut into the small pieces or else you can tear it into pieces.

Turn on the flame heat oil;place the non stick tawa and heat oil;add a tablespoon of mustard seeds to splutter.

Now add a generous pinch of cumin seeds and you can also add a pinch of hing powder(asfoetida ) if you prefer.

Now add a chopped ginger and garlics or else you can also add a tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and saute it lightly.

Now add a five to six curry leaves into the mixture;you can also add a fresh coriander leaves for a good smell and taste.

Now add a cup of onions and saute it for few minutes till the onions turns golden brown colour.

Add a tablespoon of red chilli powder and saute it well;you can also add a tomato into the mixture if you like.

Now add a garam masala powder and saute it untill the raw smell goes;you can also sprinkle few tablespoon of pepper powder.

Now add a tablespoon of coriander powder into the mixture and mix it well;you can also add tablespoon of lemon juice for good sour.

Now add a tablespoon of salt and saute it well using spatula and leave it for few minutes.

Now add two tablespoon of tomato sauce into the mixture and cook it on a medium flame for two to three minutes.

Now add the small pieces of well chopped parotta and mix well into the mixture;leave it for seconds.

Now using spatula or spoon mince it well or else use a sharp end of glass or any bowl and mince it well.Now our veg chilli kothu parrota is ready now.
