Cauliflower is good for heart. i have cooked gobi wings using cauliflower. its a simple snack that every one can eat using easy available ingredients. it is tasty and the flavour of gobi is what people like. even people who are in diet can have this instead of gobi manchurian.

Ingredients of Chilli gobi

2.00 cup Cauliflower
0.75 cup Gram flour
1.00 tbsp rice flour
0.50 tbsp jeera powder
0.50 tbsp pepper powder
1.00 tbsp butter
1.00 tbsp tomato sauce
3.00 tbsp red chilli powder
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp salt

cut cauliflower into small pieces and keep them to boil. add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt, so that it gets clean.

Add water to the flour mixture and keep it aside for 5 mins. once it gets set it will be ready to add boiled cauliflower.

once the flour mixture is set and the cauliflower is boiled. make sure the cauliflower must be 1/4 boiled. keep a pan on the stove with a low flame. add a spoon of butter.

dip the cauliflower in the flour mixture. keep this ready. once the butter starts to turn brown, add all the gobi pieces into the pan one by one. add some more butter if needed.
