STEP : 1
cut cauliflower into small pieces and keep them to boil. add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt, so that it gets clean.

meanwhile on the other side, add the ingredients gram flour, rice flour and all the spices powder with tomato sauce and salt in a bowl

STEP : 3
Add water to the flour mixture and keep it aside for 5 mins. once it gets set it will be ready to add boiled cauliflower.

STEP : 4
once the flour mixture is set and the cauliflower is boiled. make sure the cauliflower must be 1/4 boiled. keep a pan on the stove with a low flame. add a spoon of butter.

STEP : 5
dip the cauliflower in the flour mixture. keep this ready. once the butter starts to turn brown, add all the gobi pieces into the pan one by one. add some more butter if needed.

STEP : 6
close the pan and roast them in medium flame for about 10 mins. once they are roasted, you can actually feel the flavour. then you can shift it the bowl. it can be served with tomato sauce if needed. or it can be eaten like that.
