noodles dishes are most often made. this dish is unique such that a ginger-garlic and green chilly flavor is given with lime juice and coriander .easy to make and tasty to eat so must try it out .

Ingredients of Chilli garlic noodles

1.00 no Noodles
1.00 no onion
5.00 no green chilies
8.00 no garlic
0.50 no ginger
4.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp salt
4.00 cup water

Take noodles. cut an onion very small. also take fresh coriander leaves and chop as well. take 8-10 garlic and peel them off . take ginger, green chillies , salt and half lemon.

now to boil the noodles take a vessel add water in it. and let the water to boil . after the water is boiled add noodles in it. boil noodles until half cooked.

after the noodles are boiled remove the water from it. drain the noodles and add one tablespoon oil in it. so that the noodles will not be sticky.

now the special twist is ginger garlic paste. to make the paste take green chillies, garlic and ginger in a grinder. add some lemon juice and make moderate thin paste.

now take a pan heat it and add oil in it. add the chopped onion in oil and fry until reddish brown in colour.
