Chilli garlic noodles

STEP : 1
Take noodles. cut an onion very small. also take fresh coriander leaves and chop as well. take 8-10 garlic and peel them off . take ginger, green chillies , salt and half lemon.

now to boil the noodles take a vessel add water in it. and let the water to boil . after the water is boiled add noodles in it. boil noodles until half cooked.

after the noodles are boiled remove the water from it. drain the noodles and add one tablespoon oil in it. so that the noodles will not be sticky.

now the special twist is ginger garlic paste. to make the paste take green chillies, garlic and ginger in a grinder. add some lemon juice and make moderate thin paste.

now take a pan heat it and add oil in it. add the chopped onion in oil and fry until reddish brown in colour.

STEP : 6
after frying onion well add the ginger garlic paste in it. mix well and fry a little on a slow flame.

STEP : 7
now take the boiled noodles and add them into the fried ginger garlic and onion mixture . add salt as per the taste. stir all the ingredients well.

wash the fresh coriander leaves and chop them finely. sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the noodles, mix well and let the noodles to be cooked for few minutes.

STEP : 9
now the noodles have been ready . serve the noodles hot in a bowl and garnish with some fresh chopped coriander leaves and place a small lemon piece on top. you can add some lemon juice while serving .
