STEP : 1
Cut the fish into small cubes, wash and clean it very well. Add salt and turmeric to the fish so that it marinates well before batter frying and does not smell bad.

Chop the onion and garlic into fine long pieces. Chop the spring onion and green chili. Chop the capsicum and keep the soya sauce aside for further cooking.

Make a batter of cornflour, salt, beaten eggs and black pepper powder with a spoon of oil. Mix it very well with the marinated fish.

Add oil in a kadai and heat it. Add the fish dipped in the batter and fry them till they are golden brown, set aside for cooking.

Heat some more oil in the kadai. Add the onion, green chili, garlic and capsicum and a pinch of salt to taste. Deep fry the mixture till the onion softens and turns golden.
STEP : 6
Keep on stirring the mixture in the kadai for 2-3 minutes. Add the batter fried fish pieces and the soya sauce into the masala and cook for 2-3 minutes. Once it is uniformly cooked pour in a serving bowl and add the spring onion as garnishing.
