Chilli Chicken -A Perfect Taste And Healthy Chilli Chicken Recipe
Chilli chicken is very crispy and tasty non-vegetation recipe. Everyone loves to eaten this recipe including kids and adults favourite dish. It is healthy dish for everyone.
Ingredients
Chilli Chicken
- 0.5 Kg kg Chicken
- 4.00 Tbsp tbsp Cornflour
- 2.00 Tbsp tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 2.00 Tbsp tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2.00 Tbsp tbsp Chilly Sauce
- 1.00 No nos Tomato Sauce
- 2.00 No nos Onion
- 1.00 Tbsp tbsp Ginger
- 1.00 Tbsp tbsp Garlic
- 4.00 No nos Green Chilly
- 0.25 Cup cup Spring Onion
- 1.00 Cup cup Oil
- 0.25 Tbsp tbsp Salt
- 2.00 Tbsp tbsp Pepper Powder
- 1.00 No nos Egg
Instructions
Chilli Chicken
- At the first step take the chicken breast in a bowl and clean it well using water and then drain off excess water.
- Then cut it to cube shaped and in to small pieces, then chop the ingredients like onion, ginger , garlic and green chilly.
- Then take a plate or bowl and put some Cornflour and all purpose flour, soya sauce and egg then mix it.
- Then put the chicken pieces to it and mix it , then put some salt and pepper powder to it.
- Then mix it and place a kadai on flame put some oil to it , when it’s hot put the chicken marinated to it.
- Then let it fried at brawn at both sides , when it is done, take it out from the oil . Then fry the remaining chicken also.
- Then heat another pan or kadai and put oil to it , then put the ginger garlic and green chilly to it.
- Saute it well and when it changes it’s colour put the finely chopped onions, saute it well.
- When the onion becomes translucent and brawn put some chilly sauce and tomato sauce to it and mix everything well.
- Then put some spring onion also and mix it again , meanwhile make a solution of Cornflour and water.
- Then put the fried chicken pieces to it and mix it again add salt or sauce if needed at this stage.
- Then pour the Cornflour solution to it and stir it continuously add more water if needed , once it become thick off the flame.
- At the final stage add some spring onion or capsicum of any colours for make it more attractive .Our dish is ready to serve.
