Andhra style cuisines are very spicy and tangy taste,in that way i prepared a chicken curry using the spicy green chilly with basic spices and ingredients.This recipe is better to go with hot plain rice and also better for breakfast dishes too.

Ingredients of Chilli chicken curry

1.00 cup ChickenMeat
2.00 no Onion
2.00 tbsp Curd
0.25 tbsp Gingergarlicpaste
0.25 tbsp CuminPowder
0.25 tbsp Pepperpowder
0.25 tbsp Garammasalapowder
0.25 tbsp turmericpowder
0.50 tbsp Redchillypowder
3.00 no Greenchilly
0.25 cup Corianderleaves
2.00 tbsp Ghee
0.50 tbsp Salt

Chilli chicken curry

Take a large bowl add a cup of well wash chicken the add two tbsp of curd and add sliced onions with them and mix well.

Then add the powdered ingredients such as red chilly powder.pinch of turmeric powder .garam masala powder.cumin seeds powder and needed pepper powder mix them well.

Then add two table spoon of ghee and add needed salt for them and mix them well and keep under marinate for half an hour.

Heat a pan.when pan gets hot add the marinated chicken into the pan and boil for some time without adding any water.

At this mean while take a mixer jar add some coriander leaves and some green chilies grind them by adding little water.

Now the marinated chicken ooze outs the excess water and it is half cook.now add the green coriander and chilly paste with them and mix well and bring them to boil for few minutes in slow fire.
