Ingredients of Chikoo shake
STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare we need large chikoo fruit or sapota ;warm milk or water;sugar one cup or as required ;ice cubes 4 to 5 but it is optional.

Chikoo fruit are brown in color ;wash it well and cut into half pieces remove the seeds and place it in a blender.
STEP : 3
Now add a warm milk little by little for more taste and give it a blend for few minutes in a juicer mixer.

Blend it for few minutes until the pieces are broken ;for making milkshake milk is essential add a warm milk little bit ;

Now add a white sugar as per your taste (add half cup of sugar if you would like it less sweet;one cup if more sweet).

Blend it for few minutes until the fruit turns creamy texture;if it is thick add a milk or water;don't add too much water so that the milkshake becomes watery.
STEP : 7
Now add the remaining milk into the mixture ;for preparing milk shake milk is essential and blend it once again.
STEP : 8
Always unfiltered is best to prepare a milkshake ;now add a 4 to 5 ice cubes for chillness if you don't want no need to add ice cubes.
