Chicken Preparation

STEP : 1
Chop the cabbage. Chop the onion and the bell peppers (here 3 different colors of bell peppers are used) Peel the garlic Chop the green chili and ginger pieces. Take the fresh sweet corn in a bowl.

Heat oil in a sauce pan and add the sweet corn to the same and boil it well so that the corn is boiled.

Take the grated or minced chicken and wash it very well and clean it thoroughly by placing under running water.

STEP : 4
Heat oil in a kadai. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, green chili and turmeric powder and a pinch of salt and fry till it is golden in color.

STEP : 5
To the mixture above add the bell peppers, cabbage and the minced chicken and fry them very well so that the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

STEP : 6
Set aside the cooked chicken with the vegetables and the boiled sweet corn aside in a bowl. This would be a stuffing for the wrap.
Stuffed Chicken Preparation

STEP : 1
Take the lettuce leaves, wash them and clean it and boil it in a saucepan full of water so that it softens.

STEP : 2
Make a square shaped chapati using the whole wheat flour. Roast it well so that it is cooked uniformly in all directions.

STEP : 3
Place the boiled lettuce leaf on the chapati so that it forms a covering on the roti. (this is shown in the image)

STEP : 4
Put the chicken mix and the corn as a stuffing on the lettuce leaf and fold the chapati to form a roll and serve it.
