STEP : 1
Take the large chunks of chicken cube, wash and clean them and then marinate with salt, black pepper, vinegar and red chili powder.

Heat oil in a pan and then fry the marinated chicken till they turn brownish in color, after which the chicken is boiled in water till it becomes tender.

Once the chicken is boiled then separate out the chicken pieces and the broth and put them in separate bowls as shown.

Chop the onion and garlic after peeling and washing them. Chop the capsicums too and then peel and cut the carrot into very thin slices.

Heat oil in a kadai and then add the garlic slices to the kadai and fry them well till the garlic is brownish.

Add the carrot slices and cook them well in the kadai so that the carrots become slightly tender in nature.

Add the sliced onion to the kadai so that the onion is fried well, they become soft and pinkish in nature.

Now add the capsicum to the kadai so that it becomes tender and then mix all the contents and fry well.

Add the sliced cabbage and mix with teh rest of the contents and fry well till it starts to soften.

Now add the salt and turmeric and mix well and cook till all the vegetables become tender and they mix well.

Add the chicken broth and the chicken cubes that had been boiled and mix it with the vegetables, add teh boiled rice and cook for 2-3 mminutes.

Now the soup is ready and is steaming hot. Pour the same in the serving bowl and then garnish it with lemon slices and coriander leaves before serving.
