STEP : 1
Take some chicken , onion, ginger, garlic, red chili powder, dried mango powder, curd , tandoori chicken masala all those things bring together and keep aside .

wash the chicken pieces and keep aside , paste together the ginger garlic and onion and keep aside and all the spices keep together .

Take a big microwave safe bowl and put the chicken pieces in to this bowl and keep aside for mix the masalas one by one .

Add the dried mango powder in to the small chicken pieces and mix the dried mango powder in to the chicken pieces .

Add the red chili powder in to the in to the chicken pieces and mix the red chili powder in to the chicken pieces

Then add the ginger garlic and onion paste in to the chicken pieces and mix well the masala paste in to the chicken pieces.

Then add the tandoori chicken masala in to the marinated chicken pieces and mix well and marinate for five minutes .

Then add the curd in to the marinated chicken pieces and mix the curd with marinated chicken pieces and marinate for another five minutes .

Then add some salt and mix well with the marinated chicken pieces and keep aside for twenty minutes for marination .

Then microwave the marinated chicken in high temperature for ten minutes and then leave the chicken in to the microwave for five minutes .

Then add the two table spoon of ghee in to the cooked chicken and mix well the ghee in to the cooked chicken .

Then take the tandoori tray and brush the oil in it and then put the cooked chicken pieces one by one in to the tray .

put the tandoori tray in to the tandoori and tandoori the chicken pieces for five minutes in high temperature and take the tray out .

Then put the cooked chicken piece one by one in to the iron net and put it on the gas oven and cook it in high flame for one minutes then off the gas oven for smoky flavour .d take the tandoori out .

Serve it hot in a serving plate with onion slices and lemon slices . Serve this recipe as a snack or a great starter .
