This chicken recipe make a very bright meal served with hot paratha for a happy meal and you also serve this as a great snack.

Ingredients of Chicken tikka kabab

0.50 kg Chicken small pieces
1.00 cup curd
1.00 tbsp dry mango powder
2.00 tbsp tandoori chicken masala
1.00 tbsp red chili powder
2.00 no onion
1.00 no ginger cube
1.00 no garlic
2.00 tbsp ghee
1.00 tbsp salt

Chicken tikka kabab

Take some chicken , onion, ginger, garlic, red chili powder, dried mango powder, curd , tandoori chicken masala all those things bring together and keep aside .

Take a big microwave safe bowl and put the chicken pieces in to this bowl and keep aside for mix the masalas one by one .
