STEP : 1
Take the chicken cubes, wash and clean them and chop them into very small pieces. Add some salt to them before frying.

Peel the carrots and chop them into fine pieces. Make very small pieces of the beans. Peel the garlic and onion and chop them into fine pieces. Cut the capsicum into small pieces.

Take 1/4th cup of noodles. Boil them in a saucepan and strain off the excess water and set aside the boiled noodles.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the chicken cubes and fry them well till they turn golden in color.

Add the onion, garlic a little salt and black pepper. Fry the onion and garlic well till they become pinkish and soften.

Add the chopped carrots, beans and capsicum into the kadai. Mix all the ingredients well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
STEP : 7
Add 2 cups of water, bring it to boil. Cook the vegetables and chicken in simmer and add a little cornflour to make the soup thicker. Add the boiled noodles. Stir well. Once the gravy is thick the soup is then ready to be served.
