This is a variety Rajasthani cuisine where they cook with some special ingredients in it. The masalas and added tangy tomatoes makes it taste more yummy and delightful. This goes really well with hot steamed rice or even with the parota .

Ingredients of Chicken sukka

0.50 cup Cashews

1.00 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Red chilli powder
1.00 tbsp Garam masala
3.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp Cumin seeds

The first step is to wash the chicken and put it in a pressure cooker
