Ingredients of Chicken sukka
STEP : 1
The first step is to wash the chicken and put it in a pressure cooker
STEP : 2
Add chopped green chillies and add about one tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and put the lid.

Cook it in a pressure cooker allow it to blow about three whistles and then turn of the flame
STEP : 4
Now keep it aside. Take another pan and add about three tablespoons of oil and let it heat.

Now add cashews and fry them. Also add cumin seeds and curry leaves to it.

Now add the onion paste and fry it for about five minutes till it turns golden brown colour

Now add about one tablespoon of salt, one tablespoon of garam masala and red chilli powder.

Now mix it well and fry it for about two minutes and add the cooked chicken to it.

Now add the chopped tomatoes and add about half cup of water to it and mix it well.

Now cook it for about five to ten minutes until all the water gets evaporated.

Now add the chopped coriander to it mix it well and put of the flame. Transfer it to another bowl.

Garnish it with onion and coriander and let it cool to form thick gravy . Serve it with roti.
