This is a traditional Chinese chicken which is made using tender chicken breast and pakchoy leaves. These leaves are not very readily available but has an excellent aroma. It is essentially a herbed chicken which is served with the celery leaves.

Ingredients of For chicken preparation

1.00 tbsp Ghee
1.00 tbsp Butter
1.00 no Chicken Breast Slab
0.50 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
0.25 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1.00 tbsp Tomato Sauce
0.25 tbsp Salt

1.00 tbsp Celery Leaves
1.00 cup Pakchoy Leaves
0.25 tbsp Sesame Seeds

For Chicken Preparation

Heat a tawa and add butter and ghee to it and heat it and mix well so that they blend together

Now remove the chicken slab from the tawa when it is well fried and then add the ginger, garlic slices and the celery leaves.

this stir chicken was a good dish, but to the level of my expectations. and spice can also be reduced to some level.This is a traditional Chinese chicken which is made using tender chicken breast and pakchoy leaves. These leaves are not very readily available, thus making it a one time kinda dish as we would have trouble finding this herbal leaves every time we want to make stir chicken,but has an excellent aroma. It is essentially a herbal chicken which is served with the celery leaves. overall it was a good dish and did not take much time to prepare also.
