STEP : 1
Heat a tawa and add butter and ghee to it and heat it and mix well so that they blend together

STEP : 2
Now add the chicken slab to the tawa which was glazed with paprika or chili flakes and black pepper powder and fry it well till it becomes tender.

STEP : 3
Now add the tomato sauce to the tawa and fry it with the chicken so that the sauce blends well with the chicken
For Pakchoy Leaves Preparation

STEP : 1
Now remove the chicken slab from the tawa when it is well fried and then add the ginger, garlic slices and the celery leaves.

STEP : 2
Next wash and chop the pakchoy leaves and clean them and add it to the tawa and fry it well till they soften. It is then ready to be served with the tender chicken and the leaves are garnished with sesame seeds.
