Chicken Masal Preparation

STEP : 1
Take the chicken pieces and wash it and cut to form a fine keema. Grate the carrot and the beans. Chop the onion, garlic and green chili. Make small pieces from the mushroom. Chop the bell pepper and the red cabbage. Slice the ginger into thin slices.

STEP : 2
Heat oil in a kadai and add all the ingredients (namely onion, garlic, chili, ginger, bell pepper ) and fry them well till they are softened. Add some salt.

Now add the chicken keema pieces and cook very well and mix with the rest of the contents and cook till the chicken blends well.

Now once the chicken is added and mixed, add the mushroom slices and cook for a minute or two till it mixes.

Add the red cabbage leaves to the kadai and mix it well with the rest of the contents and cook for 45 minutes till the filling is completely cooked.
Spring Roll Preparation

STEP : 1
Take the maida and add some salt and oil and form a smooth and tight dough like that for making a paratha

STEP : 2
Make a chapati from the dough (It may not be a perfect circle) and then cut it into 4 pieces as shown.

STEP : 3
Take a small amount of the filling, put it inside the traiangle shape which was cut out of the maida that was formed like a chapati.

STEP : 4
Now fold the trainagle shape from all corners so that it forms a closed roll and can be fried without the stuffing coming out.

STEP : 5
Repeat the step for all the spring roll and then keep them in a plate before frying and sprinkle some bread crumbs so that it is crispy

STEP : 6
Heat oil in a non stick pan and fry the spring roll very well so that the outer layer and the inside both get equally cooked.

STEP : 7
Turn the spring roll once one side is fried till golden brown and then fry the other side too. Once fried serve with salad garnishing
