This is an Indian soup which is made using tomato and chicken chunks. It is hot and spicy and is usually served before a meal. It is thickened by adding boiled and mashed masoor dal. It is very nutritious and needs very little oil to cook.

0.25 tbsp KashmiriChiliPowder
2.00 tbsp Oil

Chicken shorba

Take the chicken cubes, wash and clean them well and marinate with salt, black pepper powder and kashmiri red chili powder

Now put the green chili, coriander leaves and the tomato cubes into a mixture grinder and grind it very well to form a coarse paste.

Take out the paste from t he mixture grinder and then keep it in a bowl so that the soup broth can be made.

Heat oil in a kadai and then add the chicken cubes into it and fry them well till they turn brownish in color

Now add a cup of water and cook it in simmer by covering the lid so that the chicken pieces become tender in nature. Once the broth is thickened the soup is ready to be served with coriander leaves garnishing
