Ingredients of Chicken shorba
STEP : 1
Take the chicken cubes, wash and clean them well and marinate with salt, black pepper powder and kashmiri red chili powder
STEP : 2
Chop the tomato and wash the coriander leaves very well. The garlic is peeled and washed. Slit the green chili.
STEP : 3
Now put the green chili, coriander leaves and the tomato cubes into a mixture grinder and grind it very well to form a coarse paste.

Take out the paste from t he mixture grinder and then keep it in a bowl so that the soup broth can be made.

Heat oil in a kadai and then add the chicken cubes into it and fry them well till they turn brownish in color

Now add the garlic cloves to the kadai and fry them well with the chicken till it turns brownish in color
STEP : 7
Add the tomato coriander broth to the kadai and mix it well with the chicken as shown in the image.
STEP : 8
Now add a cup of water and cook it in simmer by covering the lid so that the chicken pieces become tender in nature. Once the broth is thickened the soup is ready to be served with coriander leaves garnishing
