  • 0.50 kg potato
  • 0.50 cup egg
  • 1.00 cup oil
  • 1.00 milligram garlic
  • 0.25 kg chicken breast
  • 0.50 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1.00 tbsp pepper powder
  • 1.00 cup cabbage
  • 1.00 cup cucumber

Chicken shawarma recipe

  • At the first step take two chicken breast clean it nicely and then make small small cuts on it. Then keep this on a plate.
  • Then pour some freshly crushed pepper powder to it and also some freshly grinded ginger garlic paste and salt to it.
  • Mix it well and then keep it for sometime,then take the grille and put this chicken pieces on it spread some oil on chicken and start grilling, when its nicely grilled and cooked ,keep it aside to cool.
  • Then slice the potato in finger shape and then boil these using water and salt ,when it’s half cooked off the flame and drain off excess water.
  • Then heat a pan or Kadai and pour oil to it, when it is hot add the sliced potato and let it nicely fried and cooked.
  • Then keep the fried French fries aside and start chopping the vegetables and also make the grilled chicken in to small pieces.
  • Then take a mixer or blender put the egg to it and then add garlic and oil also then grind it well , we can see fresh mayonnaise now.
  • Then take a roti or quboos and first pour some mayonnaise and then tomato sauce and spread it well ,then add the fillings one by one, we can have it as a roll or as plate shawarma.
