Ingredients of Chicken shashlik
STEP : 1
Take the chicken cubes and wash and cut them into small and equal sized pieces so that they can be marinated.

Set aside the ginger, garlic to make a paste, the onion and bell peppers to be skewed and the soya sauce and orange juice.

Mix the ginger garlic paste, orange juice and the soya sauce together as shown in the image along with a little corn flour and salt so that the marination sauce is ready

Chop the onion and the colored bell peppers into big sizes as shown in the image so that they can be skewed and similarly the pineapple.

Now add the onion, bell peppers (all three colors ) , pineapple and the chicken cubes into the skewer in the order shown below.

Now add a drop of English mustard sauce on each one of the chicken piece as a droplet so that while grilling it penetrates well
STEP : 7
Now glaze the chicken with the marination sauce that was prepared earlier and sprinkle a little cornflour paste in addition

Now put the sticks in an air fryer so that they can be grilled very well in all directions as shown.

Keep on turning the sticks after every 3-4 minutes so that the vegetables and chicken are uniformly cooked in all directions.

After all the pieces become tender then take it out from the airfryer and place it in a dish to settle down and then it can be served with topped spring onion slices.
