Non-vegetarian foods are very healthy and rich proteins for children,and now i make a recipe using the chicken meat lovers who need to eat different style of recipes in chicken.here i use both the chicken and egg which adds additional protein power to our food.

Ingredients of Chicken semi gravy

1.00 cup Chicken Meat
2.00 tbsp Chicken Masala
1.00 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
3.00 no Green Chilly
3.00 no curry leaves
0.25 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1.00 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 no Egg

Chicken semi gravy

In a pressure cooker add well washed chicken meats,1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste,2 tbsp of chicken masala,and 1/4 tbsp of turmeric powder,add 1/2 a tbsp of salt and add add 2 tbsp of water and keep boiling by closing the cooker lid till it comes at two whistles.

when the green chilly and curry leaves which was mixed to this chicken recipe gives a crunchy taste and good aroma to this recipe,finally transfer into the serving bowl and serve hot with rasam rice and sambar rice.
