Ingredients of Chicken satay

0.25 kg Boneless chicken small pieces
2.00 no onion
1.00 no ginger cube
1.00 no garlic
1.00 cup besan
1.00 cup cornflour
1.00 tbsp red chilli powder
1.00 tbsp tandoori chicken masala
1.00 tbsp dried mango powder
1.00 cup oil
0.50 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp ajina moto
1.00 no egg
1.00 no coriander leaves bunch

Chicken satay

Take some chicken pieces , one egg, onion, ginger, garlic, besan, corn flour, red chili powder, ajina moto, dried mango powder, tandoori chicken masala, coriander leaves all those things bring together and keep aside .

STEP : 1
